In WebMail, in order to process at high speed with receiving and sending of messages, the data of a message consists of "index" extracted from the data and the "data". When the message infected with the virus is received, the "index" or "data" may be deleted by the virus protection tool. In this case, the number of messages displayed by Denbun differs from the actual number of receiving messages. Mail Data Adjustment will adjust "data" and "index". |
[Data Adjustment] will delete messages with which either data or index does not exist.
Use this function when messages which actually do not exist displayed by Denbun's mail list, or when the actual number of messages differ from the number of messages (unread, total messages). |
[Index Adjustment] restores the index of messages with which only a data exists.
Use this function when messages which actually exist are not displayed by Denbun. |
* Please note that [Data Adjustment] may delete messages with which only data exist. [Index Adjustment] can restore the index of these messages.
