* (*) indicates a mandatory field.
* You can change the fields order by clicking Up Down button. The changes also apply to the field order when exporting.
* If you delete an existing account, specify "D" or "d" in [Delete Flag].
* In [Target User's System ID], specify the System ID of the user for whom you want to edit the account. (To find the System IDs, please export the accounts to a CSV file.)
* It does not import [Target User].
* If you add a new account data, specify "0" in [Account System ID].
* If you overwrite an existing account data, specify Account System ID of the account in [Account System ID]. (To find Account System IDs, please export the accounts to a CSV file.)
* If you do not receive messages, specify "Do not use" in [Receive Message].
* In [Which Incoming Server (POP3)] and [Which Outgoing Server (SMTP)], specify "2" if you use the mail server set up by General Options, specify "3" if you set up a server individually.
* If you set [Password for Incoming Server (POP3)] to any number of "*", the password is not changed.
* If the authentication method for the incoming server is APOP, specify "APOP" in [Authentication].
* If you leave received messages on the server, specify "1" in [Leave messages on POP3 server] or do not specify anything, otherwise specify "0".
* If the authentication method for sending messages is POP before SMTP, specify "POP before SMTP" in [Authentication for Sending].
* If the authentication method for sending messages is SMTP Authentication, specify "SMTP Authentication" in [Authentication for Sending].
* If the SMTP Authentication is CRAM-MD5, specify "CRAM-MD5" in [SMTP Authentication].
* If the SMTP Authentication is LOGIN, specify "LOGIN" in [SMTP Authentication].
* If the SMTP Authentication is PLAIN, specify "PLAIN" in [SMTP Authentication].
* If you set [SMTP Authentication Password] to any number of "*", the password is not changed.
* In "Secure Connection for Incoming Server" and "Secure Connection for Outgoing Server", if you don't use secure connection, specify "No", if you use secure connection, specify "SSL/TLS", if you use secure connection without server validation, specify "SSL/TLS (Without Server Validation)".
