Directory Service Information

Specify the detail information about the directory service.
* Directory Service Name, Server Name, Port No., Name (Mapping Setting For Indication), E-mail, Name (Mapping Setting For Searches) are mandatory fields.

Directory Service Information
Specify the connection information for the LDAP server.

Directory Service Name	Specify the name of the directory service (for Display).
Server Name	Specify the name of the LDAP server or the IP address.
Login ID	Specify the Login ID for the LDAP server.
Password	Specify the password for the LDAP server.
Port No.	Specify the port No. of the LDAP server.
Server Timeouts	Specify timeouts when searching.
Base DN	Specify Base DN when searching.
Show	Choose whether show or hide the directory service.

Mapping Setting For Indication
Specify the mapping information for the search results of the directory service. Specify an attribute description for each field. The data for the attribute will be shown in the field of the address book.

Name	Specify the attribute description for the Name field of the address book.
Name (Kana)	This field is available only for Japanese user interface.
E-mail	Specify the attribute description for the E-mail field of the address book.
Company	Specify the attribute description for the Company field of the address book.
Department	Specify the attribute description for the Department-1 field of the address book.
Job Title	Specify the attribute description for the Job title field of the address book.
Phone	Specify the attribute description for the Phone field of the address book.

* In the default, general attribute descriptions are set for the fields. Please edit the attribute for your service.

Mapping Setting For Searches
Specify the mapping information when searching the directory service.
Specify an attribute description for each field. The search performs with the attribute you specified.

Name	Specify the LDAP attribute description as used for Name.
Name (Kana)	This field is available only for Japanese user interface.
E-mail	Specify the LDAP attribute description as used for E-mail.
Company	Specify the LDAP attribute description as used for Company.

* In the default, general attribute descriptions are set for the fields. Please edit the attribute for your service.
* If you do not specify the attribute, you cannot search in the field.

Click [OK] button to save the changes.
To delete the directory service, click [Delete].
