Preferences

Change the appearance of contacts.

[Number of contacts/page]

Choose the number of contacts to be displayed on one page.

Empty Personal Address Book

You can delete all the contacts registered in your address book.
Check [Delete all] and click [OK] to delete all the contacts.

Import

You can import contact data from a CSV file.

Step 1. Set the field order

To change the order, select the field and click [Move Up] or [Move Down].
If you want to reset the order, click [Reset to Default Order].
* To add a new contact, set System ID to "0".
* To overwrite an existing contact, set System ID to the System ID of the contact (Please use the export function to find the System ID)
* Use either MM/DD/YYYY, MM-DD-YYYY or MMDDYYYY format to set Birthday.

Step 2. Click [Import from CSV File]

Select a file and click Import button.

Export

You can export the contacts to a CSV file.

Step 1. Set the field order

To change the order, select the field and click [Move Up] or [Move Down].
If you want to reset the order, click [Reset to Default Order].

Step 2. Start the export

Click [Export to CSV File] to start the export.
