Optimize message indexes individually.
Optimize message indexes to prevent index bloat and improve performance.
* The optimization takes some time according to the amount of message data.
* Please note that users cannot use Denbun during processing of the optimization.

Optimize Message Indexes

Click [Optimize Message Indexes] in the menu.

List View

User (User Name), Last Processed Date, and Process Result are displayed in the list.
* The Process Result column may be blank If no optimization has been performed for the user.

Select Group

Click "Group Select" button to open the screen for selecting a group.

Select a group and click "OK" button to show the users who belong to the group.

Optimize

Select the users you want to optimize in the list, and click [Optimize].

[Confirmation]

Click [OK] if you want to optimize the users you selected. Click [Cancel] to cancel the optimization.

Bulk Optimize

If you click [Bulk Optimize] button, all the users will be optimized.

[Confirmation]

Click [OK] if you want to optimize all the users. Click [Cancel] to cancel the optimization.
