1. 1. Technical Support
- Answer questions regarding Denbun sent by e-mail or FAX.
- * Basically we do not accept questions by telephone, our customer center may answer questions if their difficulty is low.

2. 2. Re-issuing License Key

- Re-issuing License Key due to changes of Denbun server (Hardware)
- * The license key has to be re-issued when the server environment is changed and new customer code is displayed.
3. 3. Special Prices for Version Up Module
- We provide special prices for major version up.
- * If we change the application drastically such as adding functions (Major version up) and charge the fee for it, we provide special pricing.

Example of Purchasing Support Service
If you purchase an additional license and the service fee is changed, new service fee will be applied when purchasing the support service next year.
- E.g.1 If a customer purchases 50 user license for the first time and purchases additional 50 user license within a year, the support service fee is;
- The support service is for 50 User + 50 Users = 100 User License, and the fee for next year is ¥ 77,000 (Standard License/Incl. Tax).
- The fee for the first year is free of charge.
- E.g.2 If the customer purchases another 100 user license during the period of the support service for 100 user license.
- The support service is for 100 User + 100 Users = 200 User License, and the fee for next year is ¥ 132,000 (Standard License/Incl. Tax).
- * The service fee remains ¥ 77,000 and there is no additional charge.
